I’m Ian. I’m a versatile full-stack developer who believes in building scalable and maintainable applications. I'm always looking for opportunities to develop my skills and improve on my ability to generate high-quality output.

Since May 2020, I've been at Prifina, a startup focused on putting access and control of personal data directly into the hands of users. I specialize in serverless app development on the AWS cloud platform, as well as writing developer-facing documentation and product specifications.

Headless content management system using an Apollo-driven GraphQL API for content delivery. Front-end built with Vue.js, back-end with node.js and apollo-server.

Chess Opening Explorer

Chess explorer thumbnail

A visual interface to consume the Lichess opening explorer API. Built using vanilla javascript, a user is able to position pieces on a chess board (HTML5 canvas) and see statistics on master-level games which contained that position.
